About
A keepsake company.
Heirsake began with a simple wish: to keep the stories only our parents and grandparents can tell, in their own voices, before those voices are gone. Most of those stories are never written down. They live in Sunday phone calls and kitchen-table afternoons, and then they fade.
What we make
We ask a loved one a few warm questions each week. They answer out loud, from any phone. We write their words into a beautiful book in their own voice, place the family’s photographs and letters alongside, and grow a keepsake the whole family keeps. The book is the centerpiece, and it is meant to be read, shared, and one day printed and passed down.
What we believe
- The family owns it. Every recording, photograph, and chapter belongs to your family. We are the keeper, never the owner. Read our ownership promise.
- Honesty over hype. The book is true to what was actually said. We never invent a memory or a voice that was not given to us.
- Made to last. We keep the archive safe and help it pass to the next keeper, so a story started today can be read by people not yet born.
